While looking through scoblizer's articlelist, I found an interesting article about Microsoft and how they have just spent $ 6 Billion dollars for an online advertising firm called aQuantim Inc. This is a firm that builds ads and marketing for companies. The goal here could be to increase their audience base, as the article states that they do not have control of the majority of software users, as they had in the past. I think that this is probably a good idea, as the use of the internet and online marketing is only going to keep growing and expanding in the future.
